Cosway Company has offices in a spread out geographical area. By creating a point to point high speed wireless MAN or Metro Area Network Cosway Company is able to maintain stable high speed communications between all of their locations.
With the development of remote Windows terminal emulation servers, Cosway Company has achieved huge savings by switching from standard desktop computers to thin clients. Thin client computers typically cost 75% less than desktops and 90% less than laptops but without degraded performance. The typical life span for the thin client computer is 2 or 3 times that of traditional computers. The implementation of Windows Terminal Server farms has let them use these inexpensive computers while achieving the same performance as traditional PCs.
